Founded in 2021 by Matthew A. Toporowski, the firm focuses on commercial, real estate, HOA and condominium, employment, and municipal litigation.

Matt is an experienced commercial litigator, a former prosecutor, and a former appellate law clerk who tries cases and argues appeals in state and federal courts throughout New York.
